MedBridge UA–PL: Ukraine–Poland medical business and investment forum held in Lviv

On February 25, the MedBridge UA–PL | Ukraine–Poland Medical Business and Investment Forum was held in Lviv — an event that brought together representatives of the medical business, investors, authorities and industry clusters to develop Ukrainian-Polish partnerships in the field of healthcare.

The forum became a platform for discussing new opportunities for cooperation between medical companies in Ukraine and Poland, developing investments in the medical industry, as well as creating joint projects in the field of medical services, innovations and technologies.

Partnership of business, authorities and the medical community

The event was held with the support of sponsors KredoBank and Protech Solutions, as well as an institutional partner — the Lviv City Council.

Representatives of authorities and development institutions joined the forum, in particular:

• Health Care Department of the Lviv City Council
• Department of Economics. Lviv
• Lviv Regional State Administration
• Regional Development Agency of Lviv Region

Their participation emphasized the importance of developing international cooperation in the medical sector as one of the directions of economic development of the region.

During the forum, experts from Ukraine and Poland presented opportunities for the development of investments and international cooperation in the field of medicine.

The moderator and organizer of the forum was Olesya Khaletska, Executive Director of the Lviv Medical Business Cluster.

The participants discussed the opportunities for the development of medical investments, international partnerships, as well as the role of clusters in supporting medical companies and developing innovations in the healthcare sector.

Polish clusters and international cooperation

The Polish delegation played a special role in the forum. The partners of the event were the Polish medical clusters MedSilesia and Klaster Lubelska Medycyna, which actively support the development of cooperation between medical organizations in Poland and Ukraine.

The Export Support Platform of the City of Lublin, which promotes the development of international business contacts and economic cooperation, also made a significant contribution to the formation of the Polish delegation.

Networking and new partnerships

The forum was attended by representatives of medical companies, clinics, investors and industry experts. One of the key parts of the event was active networking and business matching, during which participants had the opportunity to establish new contacts, discuss potential projects and agree on further cooperation.
